i had a superior double room and it was super clean. the location is fantastic, right by sol, mercado san miguel, and plaza mayor! the staff was friendly. i really liked the complimentary water and prosecco!

the bathroom was a little small! there wasn't much storage for my toiletries.

The air conditioning worked VERY well, essential for the hot weather. Shutters blocked light effectively. I felt SAFE within the building due to secured access. The room was clean upon arrival.
